Sarasota Bahia Sod Removal and Installation

We removed about 21 pallets' worth of old sod, raked and leveled the yard, and installed new Bahia sod in a single day in Sarasota.

Completed in November 2026 in Sarasota, Florida.

The front yard was thin and weedy, with bare sand patches showing through.

The back and side yards around the new pool were mostly bare dirt and scattered weeds.

The homeowner collected bids from three companies and chose us based on our bid and on our communication and work on a previous job.

Removal and prep

We took measurements, then removed approximately 21 pallets' worth of old sod. We raked and leveled the whole area to prepare it for new Bahia sod.

Delivery and installation

A few days later the Bahia sod was delivered by flatbed, and our team installed all of it the same day and rolled it.

The finished yard

The front yard, side yard and the area around the pool now have even, continuous Bahia grass. Seams were rolled down so the new sod sits flat against the driveway, pool deck and fence line.
